My recent stay at Sheraton Melbourne had its highs and lows. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access public transport and explore nearby activities. However, I found the room smaller than I expected, and there were issues with cleanliness and service that need improvement.

I stayed in a Traditional King Room. while it was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed, I was disappointed to find handprints on the windows, which made me question the overall cleanliness. The shower design could also be improved as the water spilled out onto the bathroom floor.
